What are the requirements of a work from home agent?
As a CSP (Customer Service Professional) you will have you will assist customer with any customer service concerns that may arise.
Do you have to do a background check?
Yes, We require a high standard of integrity. Any person that has been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony will not be approved as an agent.
How soon can I start after I apply?
Once you have completed your profile, technical check to check the security of you equipment is safe to assist customers. A background check will be conducted, finally you will be start certification. Certification classes range between 2-4 weeks.
What is needed for servicing?
High-speed internet, Flash-Drive, USB headset, Desktop, or Laptop. Software requirements Windows 10
Can I work full-time or part-time?
Yes, we offer agents the flexiblity to create their own schedule. Remote agents choose their own hours be sure to choose the number of hours you can commit to each week. Each agent is required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
